Vroid to vrchat

I have spent the last 7 hours watching tutorial videos, installing different versions and in different order. NOTHING worked. I assume the tutorial videos are all with older versions and since Unity, VRoid and VRChat and the SDKs and whatnot always get different versions, I hope someone can help me to find the exact versions and the right order.
