Arcane Aegis bugged. Arcane Aegis is behaving differently post Update 34. Previously both Shield damage and damage received during your Shield-Gate could proc the Arcane; that hasn't changed. However, upon the proc, Aegis would immediately begin Shield restoration at the advertised rate, and couldn't be interrupted by further damage.
