Riven rarely drops for me. Even cases when I play SP I don't get more slivers. It's all RNG. Plat will almost definitely get you the rolls you want a lot faster than any other method. Getting lucky can happen, but it’s never a guarantee. Maybe try farming the vandals form ESO. Normally, I'd be getting a fair amount of riven slivers. But throughout these 5 hours, I've gotten about 6 riven slivers to drop. Mind you, I'm using a resource drop chance booster . After the first few hours, I tell myself "this is ridiculous, let me pull out Nekros". 70 minutes of playing later, I got only a single riven sliver to drop.1: use slivers to roll a specific stat slot on a riven. I have a 3-day resource booster, 3-day resource drop rate booster, and 3-day mod drop booster active since yesterday afternoon ish (thanks sortie!).
