vigilante supplies is the best ALL AROUND weapon exilus mod for two reasons. 1: it is an all around ammo mutation. not as good as each individual mutation mod, but its universal. 2: it can cause crits to become the next crit up 5% of the time on it's own. if its on a weapon with 100% crit, that weapon basically has 105%. 200 becomes 205% etc.

You can't put something like Vigilante Armaments (multishot) on a Warframe or Vigilante Pursuit (enemy radar) on a gun.
