Litter robot support through chat and phone are amazing (I hear there are problems getting in touch with support right now, but haven't personally tried to contact them in over a year about issues). Personally, if I was a first time buyer, I'd purchase the 4.

Why is my litter robot not cycling. the ready (sorry not cycle) light blinks blue, when you press cycle the machine will work but sounds as if it is struggling, after a few seconds of cycling the lights will flicker (as if there is an issue with the power).
